The plan is to make all feature (or a lot of them) available in the demo but you will be only able to play the NAB cup.

How about play 1 whole season (Incl. Trade week, drafts, etc.)? If you do that and make it savable and compatible with the full version it may give people an incentive to buy the full game with continuing to make their team great instead of just a demo.

Just a thought. Letting someone play one season wouldn't hurt.

Before NAB CUP can we like do the draft and trade etc. in the demo. And can we go through the nab cup as much as we like or just once?

Letting them play one season would result in people just not bothering with buying the game IMO.

Would be nice to let them sample trading and drafting though...

They will download the whole game with a time limit of an hour or so. Let the guys play it through and when the time is up a message could pop up saying buy now with all the features of the game. If they do but the game all they need is their code sent to thier email and thats it.

the last time I checked it was pretty much impossible to get a premiership winning squad in one season (Depends on the team though). With Fremantle I've come at best 4th in my first season and the seasons after that 2nd (When Hawthorn were almost unbeatable).

Best way to entice an audience in my opinion is start with the Draft or whatever, then the NAB cup and maybe the first 3 rounds of the premiership season...

I know i cant stand starting something without finishing it, im sure others feel the same.

Just to confirm, there will be a Demo released at the same time as the game on March 25th

The Demo will run through until August and be fully featured with the exception of the ability to load/save games and the fantasy draft for new games.

Hey Crows, I have the demo and I am pretty sure there is an option to upgrade to the full version, so that way you don't have to download the game again. At least, I am pretty sure that is how it works, I haven't closed my game cause you can't save it! But I am sure I saw the 'purchase' option on the main menu.

You will probably be given a code to make the game the full version.

That's too easy to crack.

No it isn't. Each person is given one code and that code is only valid on one pc. So that same code cannot be running more than once on any other pc's

Nah not the code.

As in for a trial version of the game, it's too easy to write a crack to bypass time limits.

How many legit crackers are going to be in Australia and wanting to play this game?
Realistically, it's not going to happen

It's always possible but I've gone to great lengths to make it very difficult.

The demo was good then it finished in august of the year which was annoying, you should be able to play a full season, I was hoping to see what draft and trade week would be like, gameplay was glitchy

Thats the point of the demo. To give people a taste and if they like it then they can buy it.

Only way you are going to continue your season is if you buy it. I doubt Ad will change it as that is the purpose of the demo.
