Who will you be playing as? Who will you be looking to offload and aquire in trade week? What type of players will you be looking to draft? Are you going to clean out the club and start from scratch or stick with the list?(Obvouisly doesn't aply with some teams) What will you be trying to improve in the team through training? and What will you be doinf in matchday to gain that edge? TigersJake King Mark Coughlan Kane Johnson Troy Simmonds Adam Pattison Jay Schulz Joel Bowden Jarrad Oakley-Nicholls Are all out(Most for any draft picks I can get-Only applys to my most 'Ambitous' story,Will also be doing a normal story) InsAshley Arrowsmith Shaun Higgins Draft picks and lots of them. Draft picks I will be drafting A tagger-He has to be hard at it with good footskills and a Crazy tackler. Half backs-Need good tackling and footskills A gun ruckman I want the next Cox If possible I want him to juust be good in all fawcetts of the game. A midfielder or 2 (Like Shane Tuck) As you may be able to see I am taking out most of the old players and trash and am just injecting tons of youth through draft picks. In training its going to be footskills and tackling, 2 major areas we'd stand to improve in.Will also focus on youth more than senior players. Matchday: As i'll be offloading my 2 main ruckman (in hopes off devoloping Vickery and another young ruckman hopefully one i aqquire through the draft or maybe trades), I'll be playing my centreman genericly, Cousins, Foley and Tuck/Lids(players who can lock it in at the centre and are good hard clearance players. I'll be playing a free flowing, fast and QLD (quick long and direct) sort of game, Grinding for every inch we earn. Will play all younger guys, (Reidwoldt and Morton out of the square with Post a CHF) and will stick with the tigers current backline as its coming along well.Jackson will get nearly every "run with" role but I may send Trent Cotchin into that sometimes as a sort of learning experince and devolpment role (learning from his opponents). Will be playing alot like the Doggies, applying immense pressure and with my training focused on Footskills and tackling this should hopefully correlate. Note: Do not be to cruticle as I did this in 5 minuts-point out anything you see that is stupid to you. Chuck in yours aswell guys

Sydney OFFLOAD Luke Ablett Campbell Heath Henry Playfair Amon Buchanan Daniel Currie
AQUIRE Dylan Addison(hard player. also home factor too becoz he grew up in Sydney) Trent Cotchin Brad Ebert Tayte Pears
DRAFT PICKS Looking for a: Lance Franklin sized player but can be thrown into backline and ruck as well as forward. Fast half-back capable of kicking long and straight Dashing Full-Back
I'm getting rid of some older players (Luke Ablett, Amon Buchanan) because we have players just like them who are younger and make less mistakes. Got rid of Campbell Heath because he won't do much.
Goalkicking, speed and hardness. Also play free flowing fast footy.

Offload/Trade: Daniel Bell Mark Jamar Matthew Whealan Paul Wheatley Addam Maric
Aquire Hayden Ballantyne Ben Mcevoy
Draft Picks Mobile Ruckman Crumbing Forwards Outisde Midfielder with good skills (morton like)
Want to play a fast tempo footy but first of all will need to work on footskills and decision making. Have some good up and coming tall forwards (watts/Jurrah) to complement the likes of bate/robbo/ miller so we do have a lot of potential there as well as down back with warnock/garland,rivers/frawley. so i am expecting to make finals by season 2011 minimum but i reckon we can do it before that

I would offer pick 1 and a good player just for him

I agree. I think McEvoy will turn out to be quite a decent player. I also think fellow Riverlander - Stanley will be quite handy...

because iirc he won the grand final sprint, pretty good for a big man.
cause I wanted to get him but then I saw his speed, not good enough.
his speed should most definitely be increased.
